Pre-Invasion/Buildup
Meta Plot Events
- Build up of Gali forces around the gate complex as logistics are staged and forces are assembled, scouts are dispatched through the gate initial on light vehicles, horseback, or foot. The scouting process concludes after several days with nearby settlements, individual homesteads, and roads marked on maps. Plans are drawn up, forces are assigned.

- The invasion begins with what will be designed as 'IFOR' or 'Invasion Force' by the planetary defense and marine forces that would soon clash with them. Operating on a set schedule the initial motorized units drive out to roughly a kilometer before setting a perimeter around their foothold on this new world, reinforcements and engineering units coming in behind to begin staging what they would need to drive on their first targeted settlement. Other smaller units with wheeled vehicles drive out further, capturing those dwelling far off from the regular habitations to prevent warning from getting out. Unbeknownst to the invaders the unique energies of their world have leaked out over the days and interfered with satellite operations and nearby wireless communications.
