The original 'long burn' operational plan to severely curtail the Imperium's efforts at assimilating the human population. Mostly via providing those who still wished to the fight the training, the weapons, and the equipment to actually confront Imperial forces peer to peer in irregular operations. Other means, such as countering Imperial propaganda where also underway, exploiting the young human tendency to rebel against authority and providing them with the justification. The final means would be the gradual siphoning of the very individuals the Imperium so desperately wanted, the capable and the tenacious, off world to fuel Cascade's own efforts. All in all Yorktown was aimed at turning Earth into a permanent cost rather than a boon and a new 'jewel' for the Imperium's nobility to covet. This was however side lined by the Imperial 'Project Deep Stream' leading to Operation ADVENT CROWN.

SENTINEL GUARDIAN is the maintenance of detente with local in system and sector Imperial forces to keep the Luna Treaty terms abided by, effectively a tripwire to keep the Imperium from surging forces to reconquer earth. Of course planners know its only a matter of time before the Imperium amasses enough will, resource, and manpower to remove the affront that earth has become. For now however things remain low intensity with various proxy conflicts raging on the surface and the occasional incident in space.

HIGH FRONTIER is a voluntary resettlement program aimed at positioning a large viable human population out of reach of the empire. With the rise of three separate mainline human blocs on earth post Luna Treaty, all of them eager to establish some semblance of themselves in the stars, it means that four separate branches of humanity will be settled off world.
