| The lightest and most flexible of the various metals manufactured by the Colonial Pact; Valadyne is a synthetic metallic alloy with yellow tinted silver color. Its the least dense of the four metals in primary Pact use and is the easiest to work and shape. It has decent characteristics when it comes to resisting thermal forces but will deform under significant kinetic effects. However it tends to plasticize and crater rather then shatter under loads beyond what the metal alone can handle.
