 > Like the West Coast operation, it is the push out of newly trained USTERCOM operatives and NAVSPECWAR personnel into existing insurgent networks bringing with them training and communications links for both encrypted COMs and for the covert shipment of Ghost Fleet equipment. The primary goal being the build up of indigenous forces in the Midwest from a minor nuisance into a true USTERCOM main force entity from Colorado to the Mississippi River.
