Unlike its larger cousins however the vessel lacks a significant spinal mounted weapon system, instead opting for a single set of large munition launchers. This was done both to save weight as well as reduce the cost of vessel, a bonus of this was the increase in hull space allowing for a larger multi-mission bay system.
