The FMR-780 Heavy Infantry Linear Rifle is a liquid helium cooled electronically operated linear rifle with select fire capability and is chambered in a heavy 13.5mm semi-saboted caseless EM projectile. It fires this round from a combination motorized 20 round magazine with a built in battery pack to operate the weapon's linear acceleration motor.
