+The primary surface and installation attack combatant arm of the UFF, the **//Union Colonial Marine Corps or UCMC//** is a combined arms self contained military force intended to be able to operate without the assistance of other branches of the UFF for extended periods of time. Comprised of three major elements; aerospace, infantry, and logistical/fire support an entire marine unit can be deployed as a self contained fighting unit capable of handling most threats and taking most objectives found in interstellar warfare. Personnel are a mixture of direct volunteers and selected individuals from individual state Territorial Defense Forces, training is up to four times as long on average versus UTDF standards and various neural and cybernetic implants are mandatory for service versus voluntary for the Territorials.
