Settled by those who can trace their ancestry back to the Americas and the mega socioeconomic bloc that formed from it, it is a branch of gates that starts off of the main circle of the network and moves off toward the galactic core. The first two worlds in the network and the first to have human habitation are know as Virginia and Charleston and form the core of the industrial and economic systems of the American half of the Union.
